Travel Tips

Light pack:

- When a person goes on a trip they usually carry more things than they need, which is something they shouldn't do, so we bring you a Tip that will help you on any trip you take. To avoid carrying more than you need to carry in your suitcase you should make a list where you put all the essential things you need and especially the number of outfits you're going to wear according to the time you're going to stay, if you do this believe me that the days when your suitcase didn't close because things didn't go in are over.

Get out early:

- We know that getting up early is something we hate to do in everyday life and even more so on vacation, but if we put it in perspective it doesn't sound so bad, because if you decide to get up early and start your journey early you're not only going to get to your destination sooner, but you're going to avoid the traffic and unnecessary stops that are often made on a trip.

Always wears a coat:

- One thing I've learned over time is that no matter where you go you should always have a coat with you, we often believe that by going to hot places the weather will favor us and that's going to be unnecessary, but you have to take into account that the weather is dynamic, you never know when it can change and as the saying goes it's better to prevent than cure.

Always be prepared:

- This Tip can work on any trip, because you never know when an accident can happen so being prepared can always save us from anything, so the next time you pack your suitcase for a trip you should include in your to-do list by carrying a small emergency kit and a small sewing kit , you may not understand it now, but believe when I tell you that you might use it.

Be polite:

- This is probably unnecessary to mention, but you shouldn't mess up any of the places you visit and above all you should be friendly with everyone you know or care for.

Documents:

- One thing you shouldn't forget is to carry all your documents. Actually you should carry-on suitcase.

Money:

- If you're a foreigner you shouldn't change money at the airport, try to do it in safer places like a bank.

Food:

- About food always tries to go to restaurants or safe places and if they are in places on the coast something you shouldn't do is order things from the mountains, especially fruit smoothies that don't occur on site, believe when I tell you that would save you from having a hard time or getting sick

A Wonderful Place

Being in such a diverse country is sometimes difficult to decide which places you can visit, but today I put you as an option to the so-called "White City", Ibarra.

Before setting out all the reasons why this is a great city option to get to know I think you need to know a little bit about its history. This city was founded by the Spaniard Cristóbal de Troya, on September 28, 1606 and for its geographical location it was named administrative headquarters of region 1 made up of the provinces of Esmeraldas, Carchi, Sucumbíos and Imbabura, province of which it is now capital.

Its population is approximately 131856 inhabitants and is well known for its picturesque countryside, summer climate and above all the friendliness of its inhabitants.

One of the reasons Ibarra is known is because of its great tourist wealth, as it has several places to visit that adapt to the taste of all people. Among the highlights to visit is the city museum, where there is an exhibition that tells the story of man, cultures that settled in that part of the country and how much the history of Inca domination.

In addition to the aforementioned museum, Ibarra has churches, which in addition to being symbols of Catholicism for their design and structure are

wonderful places to know.

But if you are more of a person who likes nature there are four places that will surely be to your liking, these are Laguna de Yahuarcocha, the Chota Valley, the La Loma de Guayabillas and the Imbabura Volcano, places that for its safe beauty will leave you amazed by the landscapes that offer

And finally, the places that are impossible to remove from a sightseeing tour are the traditional corners of Ibarra: La Esquina del Coco and El Alpargate, places that in addition to being classic will make you spend a good time in this wonderful city.
